Hey everyone, sorry if this is a stupid question and i'm missing something obvious.
I just purchased the Extinction Level Event drumkit suite from SpecterDigital. Downloaded Native Access, made an account etc. Downloaded Kontact.
When I add the serial number given to me for the kit, it loads for about 10 seconds, says the serial is activated and then... nothing. Its not added, I cant find it anywhere. What am I doing wrong?
Really appreciate any advice.
