Native Access - purchased products not available.

Hi there, similar problem to what i've seen others experience. I migrated to an M1 mac mini. All my NI instruments work, but only in Demo mode. They are listed in the my products/serial# page, but not "Available" in Native Access. Also noticed that there is a warning mark next to Application Location. But everything is there and it's the default location. Any thoughts?

System migration is not supported.

This is due to Kontakt 5 not being fully compatible with M1 systems.

In order to activate it and run it correctly, you would need to follow the steps in this guide:

GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

You can resynch the library by clicking the refresh icon in the upper right corner. It took me a while to resolve a similar situation.

Have you tried reinstalling the Native Access ? (and then re-boot and then log-in)

Else , I am a Windows user and don't know any Mac , but, considering your present problem, I would try using a non-default location for installation just to see if that changed anything !

Hi @Rich_NI,I followed the instructions to uninstall everything that I migrated, and then reinstall it. It seems to be that everything works now, except for Kontakt5. Kontakt7 player, which I didn't buy and didn't have before this last download, does not time out in demo mode like it does in Kontakt5, which I bought. When I enter the serial number into Native Access, it cheerfully repeats that Komplete9, which I bought, has been registered. I guess I can use Kontakt7 player, but that seems like a ****** solution.

Hi @Rich_NI, ok thanks for the info. Mystery is solved. Seems like the upgrade path to Kontakt7 might make sense. In any event, back in business so much appreciated.
