Picked Acoustic Issue

I recently purchased Picked Acoustic and used it for a number of days. Suddenly, I found the that the Logic Pro project I was using would suddenly shut down whenever I started playback of the track. I opened a new Logic Pro project file, and selected the Picked Acoustic plugin within Kontakt and got the same result. I have tried re-installing the plug in with no improvement to the issue. I have opened a ticket with Native Instruments but am waiting for a reply. We have recording planned and paid for this week, and can't move forward on two of our key tracks without a fix. I'd appreciate any related advice on this topic. Thnx.

Session Guitar Electric Vintage Crashing Logic

In the meantime, the bug was fixed with the latest Kontakt 7.4.2 update that is just available in Native Access.

Pursuant to this, it seems to be both the Session Guitars Picked Acoustic and Session Guitars Picked Nylon plug ins that are causing Logic Pro to crash. They are both recent purchases and downloads. I seem to be able to use other instruments through Kontakt on Logic Pro

It's been days since I filed a ticket on this issue with no response from Native Instruments. Not certain what I need to do to get NI to address the problem with their products.
