USB-Error

Hello,

I have the MK2 machine and run it on my Wondows PC. Win 10, i7 processor, Steinberg midi/audio interface. Since some update, the machine hardware has had the problem of going out briefly (not power, just USB) and then reconnecting to the computer. So the USB connection keeps dropping. There is no specific trigger for this. And the song continues to play during this time. The Windows signal then sounds briefly that the hardware has reconnected to the computer and the lamps on the hardware light up again.

Does anyone know the problem or knows a solution for it?

Update on behalf of the OP: The culprit is the broken USB port on the computer itself.

This could happen of a number of reasons ,

Try using another USB cable and or another USB port

Check power management setting on computer , especially for USB

If you draw power from USB and do not have a power supply attached then try attaching a power supply to Maschine or try using a powered hub between Maschine and computer...

There could be another unidentified problem with your computer including a driver problem..
