Why won't my Serial Number work?

Recently purchased a MK3 MIKRO from Sweetwater. Downloaded Native Access but serial number doesn't work when I try to register the device. It just says "an error has occurred during the registration process". I followed the guide for help but cannot find a resolution. Still waiting to hear from support. Does anyone have a solution?

I'm afraid that you have to wait the answer from the support, but it might take a while

What's your version of Native Access ? I know that you downloaded Native Access , just be sure that you downloaded newest version. Then also try running app as an Administrator , plus make sure app is not blocked by anti-virus or firewall and also if you have more serials then be sure to put in the hardware serial first ! Also , when sure everything OK , then try another day also to test if it were just a site problem earlier. Else as pointed out by Sunborn then only support can help you !

Sometimes it's difficult to see the difference between the letter 'O' and a zero '0'. Maybe that's the problem?

It is always a zero (0), for that reason exactly
