    I believe AI will play a more significant part in music development and production.

    Someone will use the ChatCPT or alternative AIs to generate music right out of melody played in DAW or life, and the user will need to specify the style.

    ///

    Since Lo-Fi played a big part at the end of the 2010s and earlier 2020s, I believe that shall stop now, and we are aiming towards clean/pure sound. New modern instruments that will have some-natural sounds.

    ///

    Since most of the earlier types of music genres are absolutely by now, we are probably looking for a new comeback of some.

    ///

    Some people may stop using traditional displays' because of Apple's innovation with VR Glasses.

    The music is moving to Analog and high bitrate sounds , couse the audience is listening carefully to that hugh ammount of tracks which appear on the platforns and labels. many old styles start getting crossed with that new creativity of software possiblitys - to that also thank you to Native Instruments and their partners !

    the songs will sound like they're from the eighties, only with fresh sounds. I also believe that big bands with live music and digital support will be back.

    I think that new interfaces, connected to body movement will really connect dance to music in such a way that dancers will make the music. Sorry, DJ's you have to start learning dancing! ;-)

    I think that the time and effort needed to learn the skills needed to produce high quality music will diminish with software innovations and AI support. Starting with mixing and mastering, then production, then the use of DAW’s will become easier through natural language processing. Eventually the interface will head towards becoming a conversation between the music maker and their DAW, and less learning and less clicking.

    La IA hay que verla positivamente, como una ayuda a mejorar, de que sirve utilizarla para que haga todo el trabajo?, no tendria ningun sentido, lo bonito es la imaginacion. Esta claro que esta revolucionando la industria a todos los niveles,en mi opinión le falta muchisimo para llegar al gran publico, en fin, estamos viviendo una nueva revolucion industrial, un abrazo a tod@s

    Obviously there will be a whole new world of options to create music. Hopefully this will allow people to express their passions in even more wonderful ways than they already can. ‘Onwards and Upwards’ . Music will still have a soul and spirit.

    I think people will return to learning and playing real instruments. Live events will flourish while the creation of new sounds will evolve.

    Hi Everyone -

    I agree about the AI catastrophe at our door ...

    As for NI - I'm anticipating (and very hopeful) for pads on the keyboards.

    Due to AI it will more than ever be important to make creative music that stands out. And people will hear the difference because an AI cannot produce compassion and emotion - it cannot create something totally new. It can only adjust and rearrange things, that are already existing.

    So lets be creative and give our hearts a sound for others to hear...

    from my point of view, tech skills will become less important. Communication skills and reading crowds and people will be much more important. They have been important before but now will be also more important for creating music.

    The new key skills will be the ability to communicate with artificial intelligence.
