Kontakt 6 will not show in protools

Hello, I have been trying to figure out why Kontakt 6 will not show in protools. I have had many people wanting to help with no luck. Contacting NI directly seems a far too difficult task. Why do companies make it so difficult now, it's enough to put anyone off buying a product if technical support directly from a company is nigh on impossible to reach.

    Kontakt 6 AAX plugin does not run natively on M1/M2 systems so Pro Tools needs to be opened in Rosetta mode: How to Open Your DAW Using Rosetta
