No support for outputs 3,4 Komplete Audio 6

I am unable to get any info from Native Instruments or online for the lack of signal from outputs 3 and 4 from my brand new komplete Audio 6 bought less than two weeks ago. Taking it back to the shop for a refund now. The shop said try opening a mastertrack in Cubase. Oh yeh, whatever that means. Furious.

    Hi @JohnIJones sorry there are issues with your KA6. Did you get to connect your headphones directly to the headphone output and press the 3-4 switch to check if there's output as our support team suggested?
