problem with my traktor installation

I formatted my Mac today and I have traktor license , and I try to re-install my traktor and I failed. please explain me why and how can I re-install my software

    What fails? The download in Native Access or the installation?

    What OS did you install on the Mac? The same as before?

    Possibly a server issue. Try again later, I had the same problem few days ago when NI gave out a free VST.
