Order status / cancellation

Ordered an S88 over a week ago and still have not received any status update despite opening a second ticket with support. How do I cancel this order so I can purchase from a reseller with the capability to actually fill it before summer of sound is over?

    They found the order and shipped today. Apparently technical difficulties on the website order platform. All is well!

    I’m afraid the answer is through the same tickets service they are not answering

    Unfortunately that was all I could find as well. I hate to drop another $900 without having refund in hand and being stuck with 2 keyboards
