Foundation Piano installation in Kontact 7 Player

I installed Kontact 7 Player and tried to install Foundation Piano, but after adding the F. Piano serial number and returning the Native Access registration successfully, F. Piano did not appear anywhere in Native Access.. . Did I do something wrong? What is the next step?

    Hi @Wander

    @LostInFoundation is right - hitting the refresh button is often a necessary step when adding new licenses.

    However - closing and reopening NA will not refresh your products (this was implemented to improve loading times). You would need to restart your computer then reopen Native Access. This will force a refresh.

    It could just take a little to populate. NA is under heavy pressure lately. Did you try the refresh button? Or even better close and restart NA
