Hello,

I am trying to reinstall Peter Siedlaczek's Complete Classical Collection but Native Access just hangs with the button saying, "Queued" and, "starting…".

There is also a message saying, "Use file tab in Kontakt to load", but I still can't get anywhere.

I don't have the original discs so any advice would be gratefully received, I have just installed the latest Native Access and Kontakt player 7 on my Windows 10 computer,

many thanks:

Domenico.

    Hello Stephen,

Peter Siedlaczek's Complete Classical Collection is a third party Kontakt Library that cannot be downloaded / installed via Native Access. The fact that it shows as available for installation is likely a bug.

Native Access is only responsible for authorising the library and locating it for use in Kontakt.

You will first need to download the library from the manufacturer.

Once installed, simply follow the steps in this article to add the library to Native Access:

As example by Michael Hettrick and bolabo free Block packs I've to add the serial number first than download and instal the data on harddisk. NA2 told me all is fine.

Thank you very much for your answers. The library DOES show as available for download so it is very disappointing to find that – even though I bought the original from NI– It looks like I'll have to buy it again to recover some of my old compositions.

At least I know now, so thanks again for your help,

    Dom.
