I have a MBP M1. I have downloaded 'Lores' 67.36 GB, however when I come to install it gets to the end and finally comes up with an error. "An error occurred while running the installer". Please help!? Thank you in advance.

Ha ha sorry to have lost you. I think I have worked out the issue. Simple, of course! I had not yet installed Native Access 2 (I was still on NA1). In process now but I think it's going to work out. Thanks for all your prompt replies and assistance, really helpful and impressive support! :)

I’m afraid this could have something to do with a corrupted install iso. Which isn’t the best news, since the size of the file to download

Or it could be not enough additional free disk space for the installation process which would normally need the same amount again and then some

Thank you. The download location is a 2TB hard which is 90% free space.

If you have enough space then try deleting the installer then redownloading, as Lost inFoundation says it could be corrupted somehow

Please confirm, are you suggesting to completely uninstall my 'Native Access' and then reinstall it (and all of my products within)? Thank you.

Not at all, just check if the installer for Lores is still in downloads and if so delete that, then redownload and try again

Understand. No the installer for Lores is not in my downloads, it was sent to the Trash after successfully installed. Then I emptied the Trash just after.

Okay so that's both suggested options explored. What do you suggest now please?

OK you've lost me now, I thought you said it was not successfully installed? That would usually leave something in downloads. I did suggest trying to download and install again as the next step.
