My mod and pitch wheels on Komplete Kontrol s61 Mk2 stopped working overnight

I bought this controller second hand and everything worked when I hooked it up. A couple of weeks later, my mod and pitch wheels entirely stopped working. They aren't even sending midi information so far as I can tell (no dot in logic when I move them). Am I missing something?

How do you use the keyboard? In controller mode or midi mode?

@vonbieker If you open Komplete Kontrol in standalone, do the pitch wheel and modwheel work? If they do, then it's most probably a setting in Logic, there are a lot of MIDI assignments possible in there. If you don't find the setting you can also reset Logic to it's default preferences. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT200260

If the wheels are not working in standalone, then check MIDI activity: How to Monitor the Input of a MIDI Controller

Check if it happens on another computer, if it does get in touch with our hardware department: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

Thanks @Jeremy_NI - I was able to download MIDI Monitor and check there (since it was happening in standalone Komplete Kontrol as well). Sadly - NO data comes through when I move the pitch and mod wheels. The touch strip underneath works fine. I'll try on another computer just to be sure.

Well - seems the issue is the same on the other computer (Intel MacBook Pro) @Jeremy_NI. Strange because this has been only sitting on my desk and worked fine a couple of weeks ago. The mod and pitch wheels feel fine from the outside, they just don't seem to send any data. Same issue in both MIDI mode and Controller mode I believe @LostInFoundation
