Irish Harp doesn't show in Native Access yet

Hi. I got Irish Harp free from Native Instruments, the procedure was successful but it doesn't show up in my Native Acces for installation as described on the site. Maybe because it takes some time? Thanks Marco

As we're going through a sales special and there is already a lot of products to be deployed, it can take some time for the free Irish Harp to show in Native Access. Latest time to wait seems to be around a couple of hours. Thanks for your patience!

Can confirm. Wait time for processing the free license seemed to be about 1.5 days for me.
It appeared this morning though.

Well I ordered it at around 5AM EST this morning, it shows up as registered in my NI account but it hasn't been downloaded yet at 6:13 PM. This is really starting to become a very consistent problem on an ongoing basis. I can understand it over a weekend, but not during a normal working day. I opened a support ticket but God knows when they'll get around to responding to it.

got the same problem. I also bought Soulful bundle, and I can see Harp and Sway only in Native Access as available to download, no Hazy Days (well....), but, you know, the downloading process stuck on the "calculating time".
Time will heal it, I suppose =_=

I see that some ppl were having problems with the download for "Irish Harp" - I was able to get it to download, but i think if you are using the older Kontakt 6 it will not be compatible. I ran into this issue when i had used my older MacBook and tried to get the download for "Hypha". It is only compatible with Version 7.

I ordered mine on June 6th. Today is June 9th and it still hasn't shown up. I emailed as well, and got no response.

When it does show up where do you get the serial number to download.

@BronwynH The serial number is listed in your account, under Products, Serials & Downloads. However, you can download Irish Harp through Native Access.

Unsure if this is any help to anyone but last time a serial wasn't turning up in Native Access for me I just went to the Serials page in my account in the NI website and then added the serial to Access myself.
