Kontakt 7 not showing in Native Access

I have purchased Complete Ultimate edition, only sampler I can find in Native Access is Kontakt 6 and 7 players, not Kontakt itself. I have restarted NI and computer several times, re-typed activation number but nothing works. What can be done ? Thanks in Advance!

    Hi @SuleymanSS

    If you have made sure you are logged in with the correct email address, please go to the following directory:

    Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center

    Then delete the following .xml file:

    Native Access.xml

    Next, Go to

    Mac: Macintosh HD > Users > Shared > Native Instruments > Native Access > ras3

    Win C: > Users > Public > Public Documents > Native Instruments > Native Access > ras3

    Delete the activation token of Kontakt 7: 

    9259876f-e616-4e21-bc27-0b506868e1d0.jwt

    Restart computer, open Native Access & press refresh


    If that still does not work, please go to the following article and thoroughly go through all the steps to make sure you get the desired result:

    Native Access Error Message: "Activation failed...Internal error during activation"

    Restart your computer and Native Access afterwards.

    there are a lot of xml files. Which one should a delete?
