Can't load Irish Harp

Hello,

I have Kontakt 7 on my MacBook Pro M1. I can't seem to see the Irish Harp plug in that is being offered free on Native Access? Is the Irish Harp only compatible with Complete Control? I am new to this, so please forgive my incomplete understanding of Native Instruments.

I have tried re-installing the latest version of Native Access. Still can't see the Irish Harp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you requested a serial on the Native Instruments website here https://www.native-instruments.com/en/specials/komplete/irish-harp/get-irish-harp-for-free/? If you have, and it's not showing in Native Access, be patient. It may take a while if many people are taking the offer. Past experience for me with the free instruments has been between a few minutes and 24 hours. I can't say how long this one took because I checked a few times soon after requesting, then left it for a few hours, after which it was there.

Anyone else experiencing kontakt 7 and irish harp crashing on M1 monterey in Ableton 11?

Just to make sure it's not kontatk I have tried using different instruments and it all seems fine so I suspect irish harp is not fully compatible yet?

I registered the Serial # for Irish Harp on June 6th. Now, going into June 10th, it still hasn't shown up in Native Access. I have 3.4.0. Irish Harp does show up in my "Serial #s" section on my account, it just won't show up in Native Access to install.
