Why won't NA accept my upgrade serial number?

I have upgraded from 12 Ultimate to 14 Ultimate and Native Access will not accept or let me register the new Serial Number which keeps all of the new sounds in DEMO Mode. Very frustrating. Yes it is the proper upgrade for 12. Please Advise if anyone else is having this issue.?
