I'm new to the NI universe. I have to say, this is no the best introduction. On may 29 I pay for the bundle Komplete 14 and Maschine MK3. I got the email with the order confirmation.
And this is were things went wrong. We are now 7 days after my order I try to contact customer care several times no one reply.
I've contacted support every day to see if something went wrong. No more answers. I've created a new ticket for this issue: no answer. Complete radio silence.
So dear Native Instruments: please let me download and use what I have paid for.
Anyone else have any idea on how to solve this?
Is this normal? is this how it is with Native Instrument?
How is that marketing department works amazing to sell you thing but customer care seen to be nonexistent?
