“In progress” could mean the verification with your bank is still on
Got mine (for Komplete Ultimate 14 upgrade) showing in Native Access within 5 minutes of payment - didn't need a serial incidentally that just happened automatically, although I did get a confirmation email - this was on a Friday (sometimes things are slower on weekends but generally that is only if something needs doing manually - like vouchers apparently)
Vouchers took a few days though and I had to chase them up with support which was a bit of a pain
What kind of payment method did you pay?
I used a credit card. Is there a possibility of a problem because the credit card company is on the weekend?
If your credit card company doesn’t process payment on WE, change it 😂
