I made a purchase 4 days ago for native komplete 14 standard and have not recieved my product down load it keeps saying in process. I also submitted ticket 3 days ago and never heard back. Help please.
@joules It looks like you bought an upgrade from Komplete Select to Komplete Standard without having the Komplete Select bundle, this where the issue seems to come. My colleagues will get back to you.
At the moment there is a heavy traffic at NI about the Summer Sales. Mayhaps this is the reson.
