Tracktor scratch issue

@Mark_NI

For some reason one deck is not responding to the turntable pitch control. Also the other deck that is working is responding slow.

To be clear when I change the pitch on the analog turntable, the track's pitch in Tracktor does not change. I have both decks on scratch control and in absolute mode.

The weird thing is that it is the same problem on two different computers. My friend who also has Tracktor had the same issue. Any advice?

    What decks are they?

    Maybe they have a keylock 'feature'?

    Of course they have one. It's the reset button next to the center position of the pitch fader.

    When you play a normal vinyl you can hear it spin slower? Just to make sure the turn tables are nock locked in speed, my rp 7000 have a button for that.

    Scratching works as expected with dvs?

    PLX 1000, don't think they have keylock but will check.
