Can't install NA 3.4.0 for windows

I Bought K14U ce and installed all the synthe and samplers. I did not see the efects, so I tried to install Native Access 3.4.0.

I got the following massage:

"Please grant permission to Native Access to install dependencies. Please restart Native Access and try again"

What to do?

    This problem is very typical these days with NA.

    The strange thing is that you should not have to install another version of it to see the effects. As you installed the synths, you should be able to install also the fxs. Which one are you not seeing?

    Missing instruments:

    BX_OBERHAUSEN

    KNIFONIUM

    REAKTOR PRISM

    REAKTOR SPARK


    Failed installation:

    OZONE 10 STANDARD


    Can't se them in Native Acces (1.14.1. (R56)) and also not leaded om my computer

    Still no good work arround.
