Maschine crash/freeze when exporting Playbox sounds

I’ve been using Maschine fine on a 2017 MacBook with no issues for the past few months. I recently subscribed to Komplete Now but when I try to export sounds made using ‘Playbox’it freezes/crashes. When I try to export scenes it does the same things. This is pretty frustrating as I need to force quit everytime and am unable to complete project. This only happens with ‘Playbox’.

If anyone has some suggestions as to why this might be happening I’d really appreciate it.

What do you exactly mean by “export sounds made using ‘Playbox’”?

Do you use audio drag & drop, export audio in drop down menu,…?

Yes I try that but nothing works. It just freezes at the loading bar

With “that” you mean drag & drop OR drop down menu?

Both. I am able to export as normal (drag and drop, save as, etc) with all other instruments. Only have issues Playbox for some reason.

I'm having exactly the same issue with Playbox sounds. Freezes when exporting the project using Export audio menu item. I've verified Maschine has full disk access, and am using it in full DAW mode. No playback issues, just export issues.

Have you found a resolution to this issue? I'm experiencing the same thing.
