Massive activation error... pls help

in Native Access

A few months ago, I bought KOMPLETE Classics Collection from a site called Plugin Boutique. I bought it and installed it on Mac and Windows, and FM8, Absynth 5, and Massive are all certified on Mac, but Massive is still not certified on Windows. I followed all the solutions from NI, but they are still not certified. Pls help..

    With not certified you mean it’s not appearing in Native Access?

    in Native Access, Massive is Demo version instead of full version in native access. Even though I reinstalled it, it doesn't change to the full version.
