No control from vinyl

Hi folks, just wondered if anyone else encountered this problem? I'm running Big Sur with Traktor Scratch Pro 2.11.3.17, using a Kontrol Z2 with firmware 42. My problem is I can't get any control from the deck at all. I get sound on internal mode, but nothing shows up on the oscilloscope, and the bits here are greyed out. Any ideas how to fix this please???

seems as if macOS is blocking your incoming timecode signal. Just check the following article to quickly fix this:
