Update on behalf of the OP: Resetting the MacBook helps resolve the issue.
I’ll try with one of support’s most typical suggestions: did you give full disk access to T3?

You might check Activity Monitor and see if there's a lingering Traktor process that is locking the log file. Although I'd be surprised if it would try to re-open if that were the case. Might try a restart if you haven't already - again in case some process is locking for some reason.
