Hi,

I have a traktor kontrol s4 and recently got a new laptop cause my old one died. Where can I download the software for my traktor? It does not come up on Native Access, even when I put in the serial number.

I would love to use my old hardware but need the software for that

Please can someone help?

Are you on new Mac? And your Traktor version was pro 2? Cause they will answer you you have to buy Traktor pro 3…

I downloaded mative access and put in the serial number of my traktor kontrol s4 but nothing comes up

also tried to download the demo version of traktor pro3 but couldn’t make it work with the old hardware

So I managed to fix the software problem. Downgraded my mac to os 10.14 and was able to download and install traktor dj2

But the hardware seems to not want to work. When I press the switch button all the lights turn on for one second then turn off and only one lights stays on and blinks
