Native Access 1 download issues
I have done everything that the help / support pages suggest and I feel that we shouldn't have to go through all this to download our purchased products.
Is there another way to get the products Iv paid for?

If you have an issue, and you're not getting the help you need from support, the community will always try and help.
But, for us to help, we need to know the issue - why can't you install from Native Access?

Native Access installs fine but will not download any software. I have tried everything that is in the help pages

Could you please send us a screenshot of the error message you are experiencing? This would be very helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
Please also provide us with a screenshot of your installation preferences in Native Access.

I wish i had better news but none of these things worked. Any other possibilities? Do you have a diagnostics tool that you could get me to install on my end?

When submitting the ticket, please provide us with a screenshot of your file preferences in Native Access so that we can get the troubleshooting process off to a quick start.
We will then send you a link to our diagnostics tool for further investigation.

Why didnt you send it to me in your last post? lol
Ill be honest your web site is not straight forward and i have not been able to find where i can submit another ticket. The link you sent me does not lead me to being able to post a new ticket.

Have you tried reaching them using this Link?
Is there any other Download running by accident?
Just try to run one installation at a time (not like in your Screenshot), preferable something small.
Check which Software should be updated. Clear your Download Folder.
