Activating Instruments after Re-Instal on SSD

Hello,

Recently I have re-installed my libraries to a SSD Drive. I want to activate my libraries in Kontakt 5. When I press 'Activate' I am re-directed to Native Access 2, but the licence is not being activated. I just says 'installed. Does anyone know how to activate my libraries after a re-installation on another external drive?

I am running the latest version of Pro Tools 2023.3 and Kontakt 5 on Mac OS Ventura with the Apple Silicon M2 chip in Rosetta mode.

Kontakt 5 is not officially compatible on M1 systems, or on macOS 12 or higher, but theoretically if your DAW is run in Rosetta mode, it should work.

Please apply the steps in this guide to Kontakt 5:

if they are installed in NA, it means they are already activated

Uninstalling or reinstalling them doesn’t deactivate them

Thank you for your quick reply! Unfortunately, my Kontakt still runs the instruments in DEMO mode. They are not activated, despite the fact I have installed them in NA. Might Kontakt 5 itself be the problem?

I don’t know if it could be related to k5. In these days many are reporting this problem, and it seems more related to latest versions of Native Access than to Kontakt. Make a search on the forum and you will see how many reports there are about this demo mode problem.

Try anyway to follow this guide. For many it’s not working, but maybe you are lucky:
