Traktor tickets not being opened???

Hi guys ! currently trying to send hardware in for repairs !

My S4MK3 has some issues and needs to be sent in for repairs/replacements but after opening 2 tickets and waiting for like 8 days...nothing... ive been with NI for 12 years! whats going on!

They say they are receiving a lot of support requests (not surprised by this) and therefore they are a little late…

but whats a little late? what should i be expecting ive never seen anything go past a week before thats wild... 48 hours is the worst ive ever seen :/

Same here, need a new pitch fader for the S4mk3. Already tried to clean it myself but not fixed completely, still drifts and the scale is way off. They are very easy replaceable though. Wish they had a shop for the easily serviceable parts.

i hate that they removed the ability to call them... its annoying what they are doing with traktor right now ! i wish someone would revitalise the company
