The balance in channel A is not equal this only happens on this channel everything else is okay the balance is also uneven when I'm playing through the phono it can be annoying when I'm doing a live radio show can this be resolved?
Where does the signal come from? A track loaded in Traktor? It happens with all the tracks? Are you sure the balance knob is set to 0?
Sounds like your inputs/source is not perfectly balanced. worse case, just manually adjust the master balance
If it's truly the channel and not the file, Traktor has a Pan knob somewhere. It's in the manual but does not show where.
PAN knob: Controls the balance between the left and right stereo channel for any Mixer
channel individually. The PAN knobs are only visible when the Advanced Panels are opened.
I know it's also mappable.

I don't have Traktor in front of me, just searched for some screenshots. But I think if you unfold the advanced menu (marked in orange) you should see it in the mixer section (marked in green)
