All is correct but no E-Mail

Hi there,

i want to transfer my own products from my business E.Mail to my personal E-Mail.

I confess did not used the other adress quite seldom, but i configured the E-Mail adress

correctly, but i do not get a new passwort on the older one. This morning got in with the older password and ordered a License Transfer, but now it says the old password is not working.

Is there anyone outthere who can clear up this mess.

I do not know what went wrong.
