Unable to install Ozone 10 Standard in Native Access

When I click the install button in Native Access to install Ozone 10 Standard I get a window asking me to locate the downloaded library.

Of course there is no Ozone 10 Standard Library, so I'm unable to to download and install the software.

Does anyone have any ideas to solve this?

Are you using Native Access 1 (light) or Native Access 2 (dark)?

If 1, installing Ozone won't work as it needs the new version. If 2, and you get that message, then something went indeed wrong.

I'm using Native Access 1 (light).

If it's not possible to install Ozone with Native Access 1, then how do I download and install Ozone 10, which is part of my Komplete 14 package?

Use Native Access 2 instead. Native Access 1 is considered legacy for quite some time now and no longer maintained.

I thought Native Access 2 was for Mac M1 and M2. I still have an Intel Mac.

I'll try to download and install it on my Mac. Hopefully it will work.

Yes I did. Thanks again for all your help.

My mistake was thinking that Native Access 2 was only for Mac M1s and M2s. I was wrong about that and I've installed and activated Ozone 10 with Native Access 2.
