I'm new to this program and I'm trying to activate the product online but that is what I get.

Any help?

    Are you still trying to install Native Access or to activate instruments INSIDE of it?

    I haven’t dived into the program, it just said to register it before you use it.

    should I just disregard this?

    I would like to be able to get updates

    You CAN’T disregard NA (unluckily). It’s the only way to access your NI products.

    You shouldn’t have to register it (even because NI registration are made INSIDE of it. You should just have to put your account in it and enter.

    But I warn you that in these days NA has A LOT of troubles.

    I need help trying to sign in to service center and it’s giving me server communication error connection closed, I still have fire wall off I downloaded installer, I have traktor downloaded, I’m on windows 7 laptop

    I'm having the same issue with service center (connection closed). Plus, Native Access doesn't show my updates for my Maschine 1, the Academic/Learning edition.
