hello, I am the owner of several versions of Komplete KOMPLETE SELECTION for MASCHINE 2

KOMPLETE 11 SELECT for MASCHINE

KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE Upgrade KSelect

when, after logging in to the store's website, I want to do an upgrade, the proposed price is 399 euros, if only SELECT was found, what should I do to make the system detect the ultimate? and that the price for the upgrade would drop by 200 euros

"This update only works for users of KOMPLETE 2-13.

So…that is the problem. To have an update to 14 standard you must have a previous standard version. Otherwise it is considered an upgrade from your select version.

NI doesn’t take in account you already own a “bigger” version. AKA even if you want a “smaller” version just because you are interested to some products, they don’t take it in consideration. Which is not correct, if you ask me. But they make the rules

If you own K11 Ultimate, you are eligible for an update to new Ultimate version, even if the site doesn’t state so. It’s been confirmed by them that if you chose this update path, everything will work
