Have you tried looking via Windows' Apps & Features? It should be listed there.

    And have you restarted OS?

@Kubrak It was working before, but i couldnt get the M Daw option on ableton to show up, so I restarted. Than native access just stopped working, it showed the pop up I attached above. So i restarted again and it still didnt work. So I went to the internet and it said to intall NTK daemon, I tried to do that but it said to unistall the NTK Daemon. I just now did that, but it still wont intall NTK. So I just now tried to delete and reinstall native access, but no luck,

My question was, if you restarted after NTK uninstall... It may be that the uninstallation proces may be fully completed only on OS start...

I fear deleting the NTK file manually cause you didn’t know where the windows uninstaller was could cause you problems.

In the past I had problems with Windows uninstaller not allowing to properly uninstall programs cause some files were missing in them

Hope for you this is not the case
