Maschine 2 license transfer

Hello , i'm going to sell maschine mk3 hardware and i'm going to transfer "maschine 2 studio for mikro mk2" license to the buyer.

My first hardware was the mikro mk2 and then I bought the mk3.. I had no problems using it but the license was activated already, will he be able to activate the license without mikro mk2?

As far as I know, all you have to do is transfer the license for the hardware. The new user will get a copy of Maschine software automatically.

I got the mk3 from a friend and he didnt give me any license.
