Native Access keeps crashing "There's an issue with the installer service..."

Mac OS 10.14, Keep trying to download Kontakt 7 as I've recently upgraded. Is there any way to download just Kontakt 7 and not the library? This is getting really frustrating...

Kontakt 7 should appear as a separate entry in Native Access. You are just downloading its Factory Library at this point.

Your real issue here is that Kontakt 7 needs at least macOS 10.15 (or higher) as per its system requirements. If you can, you may want to update your OS.

Thanks Monochrome. How disappointing but unsurprising. I've been using Kontakt since Komplete 6 and I think I am well behind the times... Appreciate you answering.
