I see you are using KK as plug-in inside Ableton.

Does this happen also in KK standalone?

This could be an old Ableton problem that has to do with OpenGL.

Take a look at this, after checking if in KK standalone everything is ok:

Can you also check in Kontakt in standalone? Are you using Kontakt 7? Then it could be this issue: KONTAKT 7 Opens with a Black Window
