Service center can not be found error when trying to access library from a new Macbook

HI there,
I guess this is the same problem others are going through. Purchased Logic, Komplete 9 and Maschine MK3, and time machined those contents onto new Macbook M1 14".
Trying to access library, and tells me to either "Demo, Buy, or Activate" - When I click "Activate" - "service center can not be found. Please run the product installer again to install Service Center."
I just want my library which I have on 3 different hard drives and 2 SSD drives. Need to access it, please help,

Have you run Native access to see the status of the installs?

Hey @jaymayhew It looks like it's not a Native Access issue in this case, your Komplete 9 is probably registered to an other NI account of yours, with a different email. I see you're in contact with ous specialists, they will probably find a solution.

@Blindeddie I will check out the articles you've listed. With regards to Native Access the status is "demo" for most, "repair" for a few and "full version" for very little.

If you check your Products & Serials in your Account on the NI website, if things are showing up as "Demo" and do not show on that page, then that is the issue. Looks like NI support is aware of your issue, so best to see what they have to say! Good Luck!!!
