Service center can not be found error when trying to access library from a new Macbook
HI there,
I guess this is the same problem others are going through. Purchased Logic, Komplete 9 and Maschine MK3, and time machined those contents onto new Macbook M1 14".
Trying to access library, and tells me to either "Demo, Buy, or Activate" - When I click "Activate" - "service center can not be found. Please run the product installer again to install Service Center."
I just want my library which I have on 3 different hard drives and 2 SSD drives. Need to access it, please help,

Have you run Native access to see the status of the installs?

Hey @jaymayhew It looks like it's not a Native Access issue in this case, your Komplete 9 is probably registered to an other NI account of yours, with a different email. I see you're in contact with ous specialists, they will probably find a solution.

@Blindeddie I will check out the articles you've listed. With regards to Native Access the status is "demo" for most, "repair" for a few and "full version" for very little.

If you check your Products & Serials in your Account on the NI website, if things are showing up as "Demo" and do not show on that page, then that is the issue. Looks like NI support is aware of your issue, so best to see what they have to say! Good Luck!!!

It looks as if it works now. However, this leaves me with an uneasy feeling. Apart from the fact that I spent and wasted a lot of time to solve this issue, please allow me this question: How can it be that with such expensive software it is necessary to "tinker around" and revert to older versions of Native Access? There is version 3.5 out now and NI STILL did not manage to solve this problem... seriously? And now... even iZotone is also your supervision as well... OMG... how will that be in the future? However, I'm only referring to the authorization issues and native access though. The products are actually outstanding...but they become useless in forced demo mode...

Oh... I see. Now "Jeremy" is quiet. No answer? Why? Is it possible that there is NO answer at all? Which problem exactly are you referring to?
Regarding GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems as it seems you didn't read the article fully.
The affected products have been discontinued and not been updated for a long time and therefore still require Rosetta2. (Kontakt 5 was discontinued in 2019, Guitar Rig 5 in 2020 and Super 8 R2 in 2022)
With Native Access version 3.3.0, the NTKDaemon service is running natively on Apple Silicon / M-Systems. As a result, the applications deem the activation invalid.
Also please note that this issue only happens if you are trying to use these discontinued products on current operating systems that they are not officially supported on.
Regarding Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access
The cause of this issue got identified and the fix will most likely be implemented with the next Native Access update.

Hey Guys,
Same issue here. I have Native Access 3.7, KOMPLETE 11 ULTIMATE, and continue to get the errors about the serial not being valid for Guitar Rig 5 anytime I launch it. Useless!
Can you please solve this? I didn't pay to a product telling me that the serial is not valid anymore.
NOTE: This only happens with Guitar Rig 5.
