Patterns not starting at 1:1:1 when changing scene

Im a n00b and cant figure this out. When I changing scenes, some patterns will start in the middle of the pattern instead of from the beginning.

How can I change this?

It's on the Menu Bar, Sync. Select Section and it will wait until the current Scene/Section ends and start the new one from the beginning.

On the HW it's Shift+GRID/Follow (MK3, Studio, etc...)

There’s a setting that define how this should behave. I think the default setting is what you describe (when switching from one pattern to another, it keeps the actual position…so it depends on your timing and when you “push the button”). But you can go in the settings and change it
