Audio output not working on headphones

HAAAAANK

I just bought a pair of Beyerdynamic headphones that I have plugged into the back of my Maschine Mk3 but I can't get the sound to work. Things I've tried/settings are:

Checked the "Route Main to Headphones" box under "Hardware" in preferences

Audio Input: Maschine Mk3

Audio Output: Maschine Mk3, Ports are set to Headphones L/R, but also doesn't work if I switch the ports to Main L/R

Any ideas here?

@Gee_Flat Appreciate this- I actually get sound to come through the headphones, but only for 2-3 seconds. So I changed the output settings, hear sounds as I'm scrolling through the library, then everything cuts out and can't get it back. Sounds like a hardware issue maybe?

Hey @HAAAAANK What are your audio settings in the Maschine software? What is your operating system? What Mac do you have? Intel, M1?
