Native Access: error while unzipping installer

Native Access tell's me there's an update to Kontakt 7. When I run the installer, it downloads, starts installing, then fails with a message:

Installing Kontakt 7 failed: Error while unzipping installer

There is no .zip file in the install directory, so I suppose the installer deleted it.

What to do? I can't find any way to send NI a request for support.

    Thanks for your quick reply.

In the dowload location, I only found the Kontakt 7.exe file and the Documentation folder.

I uninstalled Kontakt 7 and re-installed it using Native Acces. That worked.

Check your settings to see where the download location is, and the ISO / Install file will be there- you can run it manually - it will not be a zip file, though.

At present, there's an issue with Windows Defender, if you're on PC, that's flaging some install files as malicious - which NI are working on.
