Trouble installing Maschine Plus on computer

I have installed native instruments

I am trying to get my maschine plus to connect usb mode to my pc, and or download my sd so i can place files on it such as samples.

My maschine isnt even going into usb mode

it keeps saying do you want to stop the transport there is no transport going on??

Make sure the AC adapter is not plugged in at the same time as the USB connection. See if that helps.

@jebronlames Did you install the Maschine software already on your computer? Once in controller mode, if the Maschine Plus is not recognized you need to consider it like a regular Maschine and follow these steps: My MASCHINE Controller Does Not Start
