Unable to find (Monolith, Elysium, Balkan Orch)

I just purchased Komplete 14 Collectors Edition which includes 3 products as gift.

but I can't find those 3 third party products in my Native Access account.

Is it usually takes time to be added to my account?

Did you check your email for a link? Because its a gift it probably wouldn't be a part of the Komplete Collection.

No there isn’t any link specified for those 3 products.

I only see link to download NI software & link to my products serial etc… that’s in my account.

also I couldn’t find any FAQ regarding registration for those products. Those products should be available in my account already.

I don’t know about others who purchased the Komplete 14 whether they experiencing the same issue or not?

Does anyone has answer please? this gift should be included already in my account as this was clearly the mentioned in the offer. should I must request the activation by visiting there website?

In my case it was an Activation Code with Email. Double check your Emails it must be there.

No I didn’t get any activation code so far. they no longer send serials or codes via email.

However I contacted NI for this issue, I’m waiting for there answer.

I didn't get and email with a link either. I upgraded to Komplete standard 14 from 13 a few months back and I think we have to purchase or upgrade to get any of these

@emetoy001 You'll get those gifts if you update or upgrade between March 1 and March 30. If you've upgraded months ago, then you're sadly not eligible.
