My order has been stuck "Under Review" to Upgrade a plug-in I purchased and support chat won't work.
My order for Session Guitarist - Electric Sunburst Deluxe Upgrade (Download) is stuck in "Under Review" and is not resolving. There are no steps I can take to fix the issue it seems.
What should I do?

Other than to be patient, there's not a lot that you can do. NI's Order team has to manually review your order, which can happen on rare occasions and may take some time. (Note that it's the weekend and no staff is present).

@tonywooldr22 It looks that my colleagues got back to you on March 27th and the issue is fixed.
