Komplete 13 Info

Hi

I'm trying to sell my Komplete 13 standard.

But, when I look ay my account there are no purchases recorded

Also when i go to transfer license Komplete 13 is not there

In Native Access 2 everything is installed.

If i try and put the serial number in again it says it has already been used

Any help please.

    Better to contact NI Support. What comes in my mind is, that you have two NI accounts. One is empty, so no transfer and the other is used by your Native Access.
