Problem connecting my S2 Mk3

Hi,

I just bought traktor PRO 3 and the software don't reconize my S2 MK3... :((

I tryed everything that is already posted when this problem happened but nothing makes it work.

Help please!

    Neither midi signal nor the device in audio setting?

    I'm having the same issue. If I uninstall and reinstall Pro 3, I can get the controller to work, but it will not work again if I close out Traktor.

    The setting recognize that the controller is seen, but the controller is dark and does not appear to be powered. When I start Traktor, I do see that the computer recognizes it because I can see all the lights scroll but then it goes dark.
