Maschine + handgrip / mount
I'm looking for a way to mount a maschine+ to a handgrip or something, to hold it up with one hand and fingerdrum with the other hand.
Is there an accessoire anyone can advice me to use to mount the Maschine to?
I've also considered to wrap some sort of strap around it underneath the 8 round controller knobs but I'm afraid the strap will move and accidently change a setting.

I think you'll find that there are quite a few situations where using M+ one-handed is very difficult if not impossible.
And I suspect weight/fatigue/balance are also going to be issues.
As an alternative you might consider some kind of strap system that goes around or hangs from your neck or chest?

It's not that I want to play complete sets with it, but just a 10 - 20 second show element. Some kind of grip attached to the back of it would be perfect. There is just so little room to strap something around the device. Also considered something velcro on the back.

Wow... You're a brave one for doing that. There's no such thing afaik, you're gonna have to mod/DIY something together that works for you.
Personally, I think I would just get a sheet of acrylic, cut it to match the bottom size, drill holes where the screws are, and get a bit longer screws to attach it... then I could safely screw or epoxy glue something else directly into the acrylic sheet for a better grip... maybe a door handle or something.
There's all sorts of things with clamps you could use, snare stands and such, but adding a bunch of metal to an already heavy device might not be a great idea. Or maybe you can slightly mod one of those custom wood cases.. like this:
In about 10/20min you can learn enough about 3D modeling to make something like this and send it to a 3d print farm:
You would need to use more than those 2 stand-clamps or connect them together to give room for your hand.
A heavy-duty suction cup might also be a great solution if it can stick to the aluminum bottom, now that I think about this might actually be the easiest solution.

Oh right, 3D printing looks like an option! Will try that if the following does not work.
Yesterday, I picked up my Maschine without any grip or anything. Holding it upwards, with my upper arm horizontal, and my under arm vertical, making the Maschine rest on the inside of my elbow. And above expectiations, it kind of worked. I've got a show coming up next weekend and will try out if that works in a live environment.
Anyway, thanks for the tips!

No prob, good luck! I'd be scared to death to do that in a packed sweaty venue tbh 😅

But if you would like to see what kind of stuff I'm doing on stage, here's a 30 minute fingerdrumming set I did in front of 16k people a while ago.
